Now, the hotel is definitely not what it looks like online. It's steep, resulting in a workout navigating all those stairs. If you’re considering taking kids, think again. The side lake view rooms have limited lake visibility and can feel too close to the ground. There's no lunch or dinner service, so expect sweaty trudges back up the hill after meals.

Unfortunately, our stay at Vila Bisera was marred by numerous issues. Initially, we were placed in a room next to an active ping pong table, making it quite bothersome. Additionally, the breakfast options were lackluster, with limited variety and freshness, which left us disappointed.

The staff's prompt response to our hot tub issue, along with their warm hospitality, truly elevated our experience. The breakfast variety stood out and was a delightful way to start each day.
